  8. Well, we got off to a great start last month with our first issue of OdZ.
  9. Please keep the cards and letters coming; we value your feedback.
  10.  
  11. This month we're introducing three new regular departments:  Reviews,
  12. OpenTips, and Letters to the Editor. OpenTips is a technical forum focusing
  13. on real-life development issues (rambling, well-meaning theorists need not
  14. apply!).  If you have specific architectural, coding, or configuration
  15. questions on any OpenDoc-supported platform, please drop us a line. If, on
  16. the other hand, you've solved a particularly tricky technical problem and
  17. would like to share your solution, let us know that, too.

  19. Recently the Object Management Group, an industry consortium, adopted
  20. OpenDoc technology as part of their distributed object computing model.
  21. This issue contains a review of the announcement.
